 How about this?  You're here at Eddie's, and you've just taken a bite of THE BEST darn steak you've ever tasted.  It's Prime Beef,  fixed EXACTLY the way you asked for it...right temperature, right doneness, right flavor.  Does that special steak make you a "Lucky Man?"  You better believe it does...and we guarantee that each and every steak we prepare here at Eddie's will be the best, or you can send the sucker back, and we'll fix you another one.  Are we serious? HELL YEAH! we are!
 
And, although we're big on our steaks, we'll promise you that ALL of our menu items are "Something to be Proud Of !".  Fair warning- don't be surprised if we ask you "What Do Ya Think About That?" after you've taken a few bites of your meal....'cause we're not gonna be happy til YOU are!
